Rūta Karolytė

Rūta is Principal Product Scientist at Snowfox Discovery, where she leads the development of hydrogen prospectivity models by integrating geoscience expertise with advanced data analytics. Her work combines geospatial analysis, fluid–rock interaction modelling, and uncertainty quantification to transform subsurface data into exploration insights. Prior to joining Snowfox, Rūta was a Posdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, focusing on subsurface fluid geochemistry in the context of hydrogen and helium exploration, as well as environmental groundwater monitoring. She holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where her research centred on geological carbon sequestration.
